从利益集团视角审视我国的收入分配问题

改革开放二十多年来,随着有中国特色社会主义市场经济的建立和逐步完善,我国的社会主义事业也取得了辉煌的成就。同时,不可回避的是,随着改革的不断深入,许多社会转型期所特有的问题逐步凸现,其中,收入分配问题就是一个为社会广为关注的问题。关于收入差距扩大,收入分配不公的种种研究、讨论层出不穷。而这恰恰说明此问题触及了民生的关键部位,代表了广大人民的根本利益。作者借鉴西方国家相关发展经验,尝试从利益集团这个视角来分析当前出现的收入差距扩大和收入分配不公问题,并据此给出相关政策建议。

A Survey of Income Distribution of Our Country from Interest Groups' Angle of View

In more than twenty years after the reform and opening up,with the establishment and gradual perfection of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics,the socialist cause of our country has made splendid achievement.In the meanwhile it can not be evaded that with the deepening of reform many problems characteristic of the social transformation period become outstanding,among which income distribution has been paid more attention by the society. There have been many researches about the widening income difference and unfair income distribution,which shows that the problem touches the core of the people's livelihood and represents the fundamental interest of the people.The author uses Hesperian experience for reference and tries to analyze the problem of widening income difference and unfair income distribution from interest groups' view angle and on the basis of this puts forward some related policy suggestions.
