| 摘 要： | 开放式创新模式下,用以表征企业对外部开放程度的创新开放度是提升企业创新能力和绩效的关键。通过对国内外文献的查询和阅读,对创新开放度的内涵、度量方法、影响因素以及开放度与绩效关系的现有研究进行了系统梳理。从研究的内容、结论等方面指出了现存问题,提出了未来的研究方向,为后续研究提供了参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Under the open innovation model, innovation openness has become a key factor to improve the innovation ability and performance. Based on the existing literature, the paper explores the concept of open innovation, reviews the methods of measurement and influencing factors of innovation openness and elaborates the relationship between openness and performance. This provides new thought for the measurement and has meaningful theoretical and practical implications for further research. |
