| Abstract: | Referring to the effect of DRB to solve problems in the construction contract in wangjiazhai YRDP in Shanxi Province,the DRB's origin,establishment,work procedure are described and discussed in comparison with the standard FIDIC form.The DRB implementation in the Wanjiazhai Project is also shown in this article.At the end,some comments on DRB are forwarded. |
