大职教观视域下的思政教育重点与路径探析

全面推动大职教背景下的大思政融合,是贯彻习近平总书记对职教工作和职教会议精神指示的重要举措。立足时代特点与职教需求,亟需进行大职教观背景下的大思政融合。笔者汲取黄炎培“大职业教育主义”思想精髓,整合研究出注重外部适应性、内部延展性和内外互通性三维有机一体的大职教观。从大职教观视域下思政教育的三重逻辑即时代逻辑、价值逻辑与问题逻辑入手,提出大职教观视域下的思政教育应树立技中有德、借技养德、以德促技的思维方式,从以下三个方面进行实践:顶层设计,全局谋划,树立大思政观融入职教的全过程;回望传统,照亮未来,借鉴传统文化德才观,进行思政职教融合;深化产教融合,创新教学理念,突出素质教育。

Research on the Key Points and Paths of Ideological and Political Education from the Perspective of Great Vocational Education

Comprehensively promoting the great ideological and political integration under the background of great vocational education is an important measure to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi on vocational education work and vocational education conference.Based on the characteristics of the times and the needs of vocational education,there is an urgent need for great ideological and political integration under the background of great vocational education.Based on the essence of Huang Yanpei’s“great vocational education doctrine”,the author studies the“great vocational education concept”which focuses on external adaptability,internal malleability and internal and external interoperability.Starting with the triple logic of ideological and political education from the perspective of“great vocational education”,that is,the logic of the times,the logic of value and the logic of problems,this paper puts forward that the ideological and political education from the perspective of higher vocational education view should establish a thinking mode of having morality in technology,cultivating morality through technology and promoting technology with morality,and practice from the following three aspects:the top-level design,overall planning,set up the view of education into the whole process of vocational education;Looking back at the tradition,illuminating the future,drawing lessons from the traditional cultural view of virtue and ability,carrying on the integration of ideology,politics,vocational education;Deepen the integration of industry and education,innovate teaching concepts,and highlight quality education.
