| 摘 要： | 本文主要讲述了中国副渔获物的加工利用情况。中国的副渔获物产量较高，但基本上都得到了加工和利用，主要产品有鱼粉、鱼油、蛋白胨、鱼糜、冻品和调味熟制品等。但为了使海洋捕捞业的可持续发展，必须对副渔获物的捕捞量进行严格控制。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the status of processing and utilization to by-catch in China.
By-catch in China, which products are large, is processed and utilized basically. Main products
have fish meal, fish oil, protein jelly, surimi, freezing and flavoring fish products cooked etc. We
must impose restrictions in fishing to by-catch in order to make marine fishing substainable
development. |
