With the development of the times,living alone and youthfulness have become the keywords of the rental population.The upgrading of the concept and the improvement of the housing rental policy have made the post-90s generation's concept of home ownership change quietly.After a market survey,there are no long-term rental apartments on the market for the group of college graduates,most of them are for office workers who have some financial means.Therefore,the housing needs of college graduates are far from being met through the measures adopted by the government.The paper analyzes"Unexpected Apartment",a youth urban supporting complex,in terms of national macro policy and micro market segmenting factors such as demographic,geographical and behavioral factors,so as to provide reliable data and scientific support for the project's promotion.
