| 摘 要： | 当前,电力企业物资供应链管理工作开展过程中,管理流程复杂,管理环节众多,管理过程中协调难度比较大。供应链管理属于新型管理理念的重要组成部分,其具备综合性特征,将其与现代物流产业相结合,可促进物流服务水平的提升,对物资供应链进行优化管理,以此促进电力企业物资经济效益的增长。

| Abstract: | At present,in the development process of material supply chain management work in electric power enterprises,the management process is complex,there are many management links,and the coordination is difficult in the management process.Supply chain management is an important part of the new management concept,which has comprehensive characteristics.Combining it with modern logistics industry can promote the improvement of logistics service level and optimize the management of material supply chain,so as to promote the growth of material economic benefit of electric power enterprises. |
