小企业财税政策现状及对策

在深化科技体制改革背景下,企业自主创新受到了广泛重视。以市场为导向,建立创新体系,实现“产”“学”“研”的深入融合,是自主创新发展的重要内容。为保障创新体系的构建,政府部门需积极调整、完善相关财税政策,同时做好引导工作,保障小型企业的发展。论文就小型企业财税政策现状进行分析,重点探讨科技创新财税政策存在的问题,并提出完善对策。

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Fiscal and Tax Policies for Small Enterprises

In the context of deepening the reform of the scientific and technological system,enterprises'independent innovation has received extensive attention.Guided by the market,establishing an innovation system and realizing the in-depth integration of"production","learning"and"research"is an important content of independent innovation and development.In order to ensure the establishment of an innovation system,government departments need to actively adjust and improve related fiscal and tax policies,and at the same time do a good job of guiding work to ensure the development of small enterprises.This paper analyzes the current situation of the fiscal and tax policies of small enterprises,focuses on the problems existing in the fiscal and tax policies of technological innovation,and proposes perfect countermeasures.
