Research on Inventory Management Mode of Manufacturing Enterprises

After experiencing the process of high-speed scale upgrading,the market fluctuation and intensified competition put forward higher requirements for the internal operation quality of enterprises.The high-speed development brings a lot of inventory occupation and unreasonable inventory structure,which is the primary problem that hinders the improvement of internal management.This paper takes Xugong Heavy Industry Company Limited as an example,forms a lean inventory improvement management platform integrated with prevention and control through the exploration of several stages of inventory analysis,cleaning,standardization and promotion,thus improving efficiency and management level.
