先进制造业集群网络化协作模式探索——以苏州、无锡、南通高端纺织集群为例

采用案例研究法以江苏省苏州、无锡、南通市高端纺织集群为研究对象,对高端纺织集群的主要特征、网络化协作实施路径进行分析,探索建立畅通互联的先进制造业集群网络化协作模式。研究结论表明:具有典型特征的集群网络化协作模式由集群促进机构、协同运行机制、信息交流网络组成,其中集群促进机构采用联盟形式,是集群发展的基础和核心;协同运行机制包括政策引导机制、跨区域协调组织机制和多方协同创新机制“三大机制”;信息交流网络是指以信息集成中心为中心、专业信息平台为重点、信息交流活动组织为支撑的信息化网络。

Exploration on the Networked Cooperation Mode of Advanced Manufacturing Clusters:Case Study on High-end Textile Industry Cluster in Suzhou,Wuxi and Nantong City

In this paper,the case study method is adopted to take textile industry cluster in Suzhou,Wuxi and Nantong city as the research object.This Paper analyzes the main characteristics of high-end textile industry cluster and feasible path of networked cooperation,then explores and builds an unimpeded network as the cooperation mode among these industrial clusters.The result shows that the cluster networked cooperation model with typical characteristics consists of cluster promoting organization,cooperative operation mechanism and information exchange network.The cluster promoting organization is composed of alliance form,which is the foundation and core of cluster development.The cooperative operation mechanism refers to the policy guidance,the trans-regional coordination organization,and the multi-party collaborative innovation.Information exchange network includes information integration,professional information platform and supporting information exchange activities.
