| 摘 要： | 国有企业的思想政治工作与企业文化之间的融合已经成为不可阻挡的趋势。论文对国有企业文化建设的现状进行分析,并对思想政治工作与企业文化的相关性进行阐述,最后提出了两者融合的策略,包括树立共同目标、强化文化体系融合等,希望为思想政治工作与企业文化建设的有机融合奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The integration between the ideological and political work and the enterprise culture in state-owned enterprises has become an unstoppable trend.The paper analyzes the current situation of the culture construction of state-owned enterprises and elaborates the relevance of ideological and political work and enterprise culture,and finally proposes the integration strategies of the two,including establishing common goals and strengthening the integration of cultural systems,hoping to lay the foundation for the organic integration of ideological and political work and enterprise culture construction. |
