摘 要: | 高校教师的自我提升必须从教学和科研这两方面把握。高校教师自我提升有来自内、外两方面的动力;自我提升的发展模式有继承型和创新型;自我提升具有有拓展和深化的特性。自我提升是永无止境的过程,要以德为先并把握好始业的学习,要循序渐进、长期积累。

Abstract: | The self-promotion of teachers in university should be carried out from teaching and scientific research,the motives of which are from internal and external factors.The developing modes of university teachers'self-improvement can be either inheritance or innovation.The characteristics of self-improvement is expanding and deepening,the process of which is endless moral learning,in an orderly way and with long-term accumulation. |
