供应链绩效持续性评价指标体系及方法研究

供应链绩效水平高低直接影响了供应链的运行状况，也是供应链上相关节点企业是否能够获得持续竞争力的必要前提。文章从供应链健康持续发展、提高供应链管理的水平的角度入手，建立了科学合理的供应链持续性绩效评价指标体系。并提出了基于AHP的标杆评价法及其模型：最后通过实例说明了具体评价方法，验证了该方法的有效可行性。
