| 摘 要： | 目前重庆市汽车产业主要参与了汽车产业全球价值链中生产环节，而对于全球价值链的研发、采购、服务等环节还没有能够全面参与。有关政府、企业、高校以及各研究机构应共同合作，以长安集团为核心整合汽车相关产业，完善汽车产业链条；同时，强化汽车整车制造核心环节，提高研发力量，实现重庆汽车产业的过程升级、产品升级与功能升级。

| Abstract: | Currently,Chongqing auto industry mainly participates in production phase in Global Value Chain,does not completely join in R&D,purchase,service and so on.The related governments,enterprises,universities and R&D institutes should cooperate based on Changan Group to integrate related industries and to perfect auto industry chain,meanwhile,to enhance whole auto manufacture core phase and to raise R&D ability so as to realize process upgrading of Chongqing auto industry,product upgrading and function upgrading... |
