| 摘 要： | 本文从介绍新型国家经济安全理念入手,在分析对外投资与该国经济发展和世界经济融合的相关性基础上,针对我国国家经济安全问题,从微观企业预警、中观行业安全和宏观区位选择三方面提出了我国对外投资的战略选择,为构筑开放条件下的新型国家经济安全体系奠定了一定基础。

| Abstract: | This paper begins with the introduction of the new NES concept,analyzes the correlations between the outward FDI and the development of domestic economic and integration into the world,and finally pro- rides the strategic measures in the aspects of enterprises,industries and locations to build and strengthen the NES system. |
