Being the provincial capital of Anhui Province , Hefei achieve the aim of building an all-round comfortable society in advance is not only the impersonality direction for itself, but also is the necessity request for the development of economy and society of Anhui Province. According the fact , we selected twenty indexes and compared the practicality status in 2001 to the target status , our judgement is, it will be possible about Hefei to achieve the aim of building an all-round comfortable society three to five years ahead of schedule, but eight years ahead of schedule in 2012 as the aim put forward presently will be too difficult to achieve , so adjusting the request is necessary.
