摘    要:代工模式能否应对外部动态环境的挑战,关键视乎企业组织能力稳定性与适应性的权衡.本研究就组织能力与管理者认知对代工企业战略升级的情境化影响进行讨论,并建立一个基于组织能力与管理者认知的“战略匹配框架”.结论是,在代工企业中,组织能力与管理者认知存在着战略升级的四种匹配形式:即传统组织能力与管理者短视的结合将导致“战略锁定”;传统组织能力与管理者前瞻的结合将导致“战略引导”;创新组织能力与管理者短视的结合将导致“战略制约”;创新组织能力与管理者前瞻的结合将导致“战略突破”.

Abstract:OEM model can cope with the challenge of the external dynamic environment or not,the key point is the balance of the stability and adaptability of organizational capabilities.This paper discusses the contextual influence of organizational capabilities and managerial cognition on the upgrade strategy.Based on the discussion of organizational capabilities and managerial cognition,the paper constructs a "strategic matching framework".That is,in the OEM enterprises,the combination of organizational capabilities and managerial cognition leading to four match types of strategic upgrade:the combination of traditional organizational capabilities and managerial myopia leading to "strategy lock",the combination of traditional organizational capabilities and managerial foresight leading to "strategic guidance",the combination of creative organizational capabilities and managerial myopia leading to "strategic constraints",the combination of creative organizational capabilities and managerial foresight leading to "strategic breakthrough".
