网络治理:生态城市管理的路径选择

相对于传统的城市管理,网络治理强调政府、企业、非政府部门和公众的协作实现经济与环境的平衡发展。通过对网络治理的涵义、治理模型、特征以及网络治理的动力来源的阐述以及哈立法克斯生态城的案例分析,说明突破城市管理路径依赖的关键在于实现城市网络治理,最后提出网络治理应用于我国生态城市管理的三大条件。

Network Governance:Path Selection of Urban Sustainable Development

Compared with the traditional urban management ,network governance emphasizes on the cooperation of governments, enterprises ,non-government organizations and the public to realize the balance of economic and environmental development. Through the analysis of the meaning, model ,characteristic ,the drivers of network governance and the case study of Halifax ecocity,network governance is proved to be the path selection of the urban sustainable development.In the end,three conditions of the application in China are proposed.
