摘    要:在我国能源行业转型升级的背景下,某行业报作为传统纸媒面临着全媒体时代的挑战。该报社的人事管理工作保持着事业单位性质的固有优势,但随着自身发展也凸显出一系列现实问题。下一步,该报社的人事管理工作应从传统人事管理向现代人力资源管理转变,以适应转企改制的需要。

Abstract:Under the background of China's energy industry transformation and upgrading,the industrial newspaper as a traditional print media is facing the challenges of the media era.Its personnel management maintains the inherent advantages of the administrative institution,but highlights a series of practical problems.Next,the personnel management of this newspaper should transform from traditional personnel management to modern human resources management to adapt to the needs of transformation into enterprises.
