| 摘 要： | 针对我国当前区域经济立法主要存在的缺位问题、法律冲突问题以及国际区域经济立法与国内区域经济立法的协调问题,应通过制定区域经济基本法、对区域经济立法实施立法与司法审查制度创新以及注重国际区域经济法与国内经济法的协调等方面来完善我国区域经济立法。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problem of the absence of,China＇s regional economic legislation conflicts between laws and international regional economic legislation and domestic regional economic legislation coordination problems,through legislation and innovation of judicial review system and pay attention to the regional and international economic law and the economic law coordination of regional economy,regional economic legislation to implement the basic law to improve China＇s regional economic legislation. |
