我国投资银行业务拓展的障碍

本文指出，我国投资银行的业务还局限在传统范围内，广义的投行业务开展得极少。虽然我国目前国有企业、汇率、利率等方面的改革为投行业务的开拓提供了很大的空间，但在实践中还存在很多障碍，本文尝试着从企业产权结构和政府行为、金融环境、经营特色、法律环境等方面分析了这些障碍，并简要说明了消除这些障碍所需进行的工作。

The Limitation on Business Development of Investment Banks

This article points out that the businesses of Chinese investment banks are only limited in traditional fields and many of the new businesses have not yet been developed. Though the reforms in the state-owned enterprises, foreign exchange rate and interest rate have provided great opportunities for investment banks, there are many limitations on the actual development. The article tries to analyze these limitations from the equity structure of enterprises, behavior of governments, financial environment, law environment and investment banks'characteristics in operation. And finally this article puts forward the needed works to get rid of these limitations.
