| 摘 要： | 基于对参加辽宁省集体林产权制度改革农户的调查数据,从林农对林业资金需求、资金来源渠道以及未来林业资金投资方向3个层面进行深入分析,并在结合辽宁各地实施的相关集体林产权改革配套政策的基础上,提出可以通过林权抵押贷款、对林农贷款继续实施利息补贴与有针对性地进行专项补贴等途径解决林农的林业资金可持续需求问题。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the quantity,sources and utilizing of farmer's demanding finance for developing public forestry,basing on a query,we also proposed some advices that mortgage loan,interest subsidy and proprietary item subsidy should unfolded to meet the farmer China s finance need,basing on the proceeding analysis and relevant policies enacted during the reforming period. |
