关于物流概念本质的再思考

本文认为,在目前对物流概念的理解和解释中,有一些背离了物流的本质。其主要原因,一是对物流定义的把握上存在偏差,关注的是“物资流动”活动的管理而非“物资流动”活动本身;二是在运输与物流的关系上认识模糊,简单地将二者等同起来;三是混淆了物流与计划经济时期物资流通的概念;四是对物流的发展变化缺乏足够的了解,不熟悉物流系统整合范围不断扩大的进程。文章提出,准确理解物流概念的本质和内涵,应站在货主企业的角度,牢牢把握系统整合这条主线,但研究物流、实践物流可以有不同的视角。

Rethinking the Essence of the Concept of Logistics

Currently, some explanations about the concept of logistics have departed from the essence of the concept. Main reasons may include first, much attention has been paid to the management of "circulation of goods and materials" rather than the circulation itself; second, the difference between "logistics" and "transportation" is not clarified; third, "logistics" is often confused with the circulation of goods and materials in the planned economy time;forth ,the development andchange of logistics is not thoroughly understood. In order to understand the concept of logistics correctly, systematic integration should be emphasized.
