| 摘 要： | 阐述了基层党内民主的重要意义,就嘉兴市秀洲区王江泾镇公推直选镇党委书记试点工作做了详细的介绍,公推的过程有报名推荐、资格审查、公开推荐、组织考察、区委常委会差额票决、区委全委会差额票决等程序,每个程序都是在广大党员群众的监督和参与下进行的差额直选,王江泾是经济发达的大镇,其试点是对干部人事制度改革的一次创新探索,也是尊重和体现党员主体地位、充分行使党员民主权利的一次重要实践。
