| 摘 要： | 技术溢出产生主要是由于跨国公司与中国当地企业之间存在技术差距,形成技术溢出的势能。制约跨国公司在华技术溢出的主要因素有技术差距、竞争程度、当地企业吸收能力等等,强化技术溢出,并有效吸收利用跨国公司的技术溢出是中国的当务之急。

| Abstract: | The reason for producing spillover effects is that there is technical disparity between transnational corporations and the local companies in our country.Technical disparity results in the potential energy of spillover.This paper has not only provided the spillover visualized model,but also has analyzed the limited factors of spillover,such as technical disparity,competition degree and the absorbency of local companies.At last,some corresponding countermeasures are proposed. |
