| 摘 要： | 完善立法是增强知识产权行政执法与刑事司法衔接的前提与基础。通过对现有知识产权两法衔接法律制度进行分析归纳,可以发现相关法律制度虽初具规模,但是仍然存在政出多头、内容冲突、效力等级低、体系不健全等问题。由此提出需要从更新立法理念、整合立法资源、加强人大立法、加快法律清理、强化对法律实施的监督等方面予以完善。
