| 摘 要： | 农民工雇主责任保险有利于保护农民工的生存权和健康权,有利于农民工家庭经济稳定;有利于企业再生产的顺利进行;有利于保险业的成长;有利于社会的稳定和减轻国家财政的负担。政府应该通过税收优惠、强制保险和完善法律、法规扶持雇主责任保险的开发,保险业应通过限制保险金额、规定绝对免赔额和利用再保险降低和转移经营风险,厂家应积极购买雇主责任保险来转移雇主责任风险。

| Abstract: | Employer's liability insurance for farmer employees cand protect farmer employees' living right and health right thereby maintaining the economic safety of their families.By insuring enterprise reproduction it may improve insurance firms,which can ensure of social stability and reliering of governmantal budget burden.Supporteal by favorable taxation complete law system insurance firms should decrease and transfer risks by restricting sum insured and deductible and reinsurance,with the active participation of enterprises. |
