| Abstract: | The intangible assets'management is playing a more and more important role in enterprise's management.However,many problems exist concerning the intangible assets'management.Traditional management models can't cater to the requirements in new period,calling for new patterns to replace it.This paper focuses on the factors that hamper the intangible assets'management and points out the innovation of enterprise's intangible assets'management,which includes content innovation,organization innovation,instrument innovation and system innovation,aiming to constitute an innovative system of intangible assets'management,which suits the needs of enterprise's development. |
