国有企业经营者激励与约束机制研究

摘    要:从委托代理制和“所有者缺位”现象进行分析,国有企业经营者激励与约束不仅重要,而且具有特殊意义。针对中国现行的国有企业经营者激励与约束制度不够完善,应加强对经营者的长期和精神激励、完善考核指标体系和建立健全约束与监督机制等,以促进国有企业健康地发展。

Abstract:It is of great importance and of special meaning of stimulus and regulating mechanism of operators for state-owned enterprises from analysis of trustee-beneficiary system and the phenomena of 'vacancy of owner'.However,the present system of stimulus and regulating mechanism for operators of state-owned enterprises in our country is not so perfect.The authors insist that long-term and spiritual stimulation system shall be strengthened,examination indicator system shall be perfected and regulating and supervision mechanism shall be established.
