| 摘 要： | 对中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司常减压二次蒸馏装置改造，以投资、成本估算为基础，进行了财务指标计算与盈利能力、不确定性和风险分析。分析结果表明该装置的改造是必要的，而且在经济上是可行的。

| Abstract: | As for the transformation of atmospheric and vacuum redistillation unit in SINIOEC Maoming Company, the financial indexes were calculated and profit ability, uncertainty and risks were analyzed based on estimation of investment and cost. Result showed that transformation of the unit was necessary and economically feasible. |
