高校校园文化建设与图书馆建设的关系

高校校园文化建设与图书馆建设之间有着怎样的关系，二者如何相辅相成，互相促进？文章对此问题进行了一些探讨誊并总结出3点认识：高校校园文化的整体规划和建设是促进图书馆建设的前提；图书馆是促进高校校园和谐文化建设的载体和重要场所；要提升高校的品位层次和形成高校的办学特色，必须协调好高校校园文化建设和图书馆建设的关系。

On the Relationship between the Campus Cultural Construction and the Construction of the Library in HEIs

What is the relationships between the campus cultural construction and the construction of the library in HEIs （Higher Education Institutions）？ How do they complement each other and promote mutually？ This article discusses above-mentioned problems, and puts forward three viewpoints： the general plans and the building of campus culture in universities and colleges are premises that promote the development of the libraries in universities; the library is the carrier and an important place for promoting the harmonious cultural construction of the campus in universities and colleges; in order to raise the level and grade of universities and colleges and to form their characteristics of schooling, we should strike the balance betweeri the campus cultural construction and the library construction in universities and colleges.
