| 摘 要： | 本文从了解福建某水产开发有限公司(下简称:闽水)的全面预算管理在该公司的运用出发,介绍了该公司所实行的预算管理模式和全面预算管理体系在企业经营和发展过程中的实际应用。最后在对公司的预算管理体系剖析的基础上,提出了进一步完善公司预算管理的建议。

| Abstract: | This article,from the application of comprehensive budgent management in a Fujian Aquatic Development Co.,Ltd.（hereinafter：Min water）,introduces the application of the company budget management model and overall budget management system in business operations and the actual development process.Finally,based on the analysis of the company budget management system this paper proposes some advice to further improve the company budget management. |
