| 摘 要： | 只重发展速度 ,不重经济质量 ,这是省域经济发展过程中一个带有共性的问题。GDP固然重要 ,合理的产业结构更加重要。优化产业结构是省域经济发展过程中落实科学的发展观的重中之重。既要经济发展速度 ,也要注重经济质量 ,建立一个和谐的产业结构 ,这才是科学的省域经济发展观
