| 摘 要： | 地区经济发展受对外开放程度、企业结构、投资力度、发展战略等因素影响。要缩小地区经济发展差异, 必须大力发展中小企业,加快发展第三产业,努力提高对外经济工作的水平,加大投资及其管理的力度。加快国有企 业调整与改组的步伐,切实改变中西部地区的软硬环境。

| Abstract: | Regional economic development is influenced by the extent of opening to the outside, enterprise's structures, investment force and development strategy etc. We should speed up the development of medium and small-sized enterprises and tertiary industry, improve the economic work standard to the outside, strengthen the investment and management, accelerate the regulation and reform of state-owned enterprises, and create favorable development environment in middle and western areas to lessen the differences in regional economic development. |
