| 摘 要： | 在回顾珠海改革开放20年城市发展特点的基础上，对珠海经济特区优惠政策、城市功能定位、产业选择与产业结构、投资环境建设、大学园区建设和珠海未来城市发展战略进行了理性思考，以期对珠海今后的发展起一些积极的作用，并对中国发展中地区，特别是西部大开发提供一些有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on looking back the characteristics of urban development of Zhuhai since the recent 20 years from the reform and opening policy, the paper considers in a more scientific way the preferential policies of Zhuhai special economic zone, urban functions localization, industrial selection and industrial structure, the construction of investment circumstances, the construction of university park and the future urban development strategy. We expect to make the positive effects on the future development of Zhuhai, and to use for reference for the developing areas of China, especially for the development of Western China. |
