| 摘 要： | 为了了解高职顶岗实习学生的情况,课题小组对健雄职业技术学院2005、2006级顶岗实习学生进行了跟踪调查,掌握了顶岗实习中存在的问题,并提出了应用PD-CA循环法逐步解决存在的问题,从而构建人才供应链培养模式。
