| 摘 要： | 科斯是现代企业理论尤其是企业边界理论范式的奠基人，但其理论思想来源却不仅来源于他在《企业的性质》中提到的那五位现代经济学家，而且更多的借鉴了亚当·斯密以来的古典经济学家的思想，更重要的是这些理论仍然闪耀着思想的光芒。

| Abstract: | Machakos is the founder of modern enterprise theory,in particular the enterprise border theory.But his ideol-ogical and theoretical sources are not only from the five modern economists in the his " The Nature of Business",and more are from classical economist since Adam Smith.These theories are still shining of thinking. |
