产业集聚与黑龙江省城市化发展研究

产业集聚与城市化是相辅相成、互进互动的关系。文章通过分析黑龙江省城市化和产业集聚过程中取得的成绩和存在的问题,提出政府应该通过加快产业集聚推进城市化进程,并在推进城市化过程中搞好城市规划,考虑产业集聚的需要,为产业集聚创造条件,以实现产业集聚与城市化的良性互动。

INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERING AND URBANIZATION IN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE

The relationship of industrial cluster with urbanization is complementary to each other and interactive. Based on the analysis of the achievements and problems in the process of industrial cluster and urbanization in Heilongjiang Province, the article suggests the government should promote urbanization through accelerating the industrial clustering, and in the process of promoting the urbanization we should do a better job in city planning, consider the needs of industrial clustering, and create conditions for industrial clustering. So we can achieve a befiign interaction between urbanization and industrial clustering.
