| 摘 要： | 在行政审批业务领域中,存在着项目建设不成功和业务流程效率低下的问题。这就需要对行政审批业务流程进行再造,以解决上述问题并适应电子政务发展的要求。本文用行政审批业务对象描述了行政审批业务,设置了业务对象的属性,并通过对行政审批业务对象属性值的量化,分析其再造的条件,并提出了行政审批业务对象再造的方法和操作,为政务流程再造提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | There are problems of e-government project failure and low efficient business process in the area of administrative permit, In order to resolve the problems and fit the requirement of the development in e-government, it will perform the government process reengineering of administrative permit. The paper describes the administrative permit business by the administrative permit business object. And analyze the condition of reengineering according to quantifying attribute values of administrative permit business object. Finally, the paper presents method and operation of business object reengineering, which provide the reference for the government process reengineering. |
