Toyota Model: stepping down altar
Abstract:A financial crisis left the Toyota,which just stands on the No.1 position in the world,drying on sand beach.No matter in the seriously shrinking American market,or the expanding speedily Chinese market,Toyota is defeated in an inexperienced and unimaginable manner.Could Toyota's lean production model be compatible with the huge production scale of tens of million cars annually? Toyota has to find a new balance point between scale effects and lean production.
