| 摘 要： | 针对建筑企业安全管理的现状,运用SWOT分析法,对当前形势下我国建筑企业安全管理所面临的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行了分析;构建了建筑企业安全管理战略矩阵,指出提高我国的建筑企业安全管理的策略应从"发挥优势"转变到"克服劣势",并提出了相应的对策措施。
