| Abstract: | In this paper, a measurement of the contribution rate of technical change to economic growth of Hunan Province in 1990-2001 has obtained by production function method and remainder value method, The comparableness of the result of this empirical has analyzed, and the shortages of the methods to calculate beneficial indicators of technical change, the non-completeness of the indicators system, is discussed. |
