| 摘 要： | 马克思的需要理论为满足人们的需要体系，实现贯彻群众路线的长效机制提供了重要理论指导。激活贯彻群众路线的动力系统，必须满足需要体系，寻求贯彻群众路线的最大公约数，增强内驱动力；加强制度建设，增强主体动力；强化教育引导，凝聚广泛共识，形成贯彻群众路线的系统合力。

| Abstract: | The needs theory by Marx can be considered as the demanding system to meet the needs of people and even as the important theoretical guidance to the realization of the long term effective mechanism for the implementation of the mass line. For the activation of the dynamic system for the implementation, it is necessary to meet the needs of the demanding system, find out the greatest eornmon divisor for the implementation as well as for the enhance of the inner driving force, build up system construction and enhance subject motivation, strengthen the education and guidance for commonly creating the systematic joint forces for the implementation, |
