摘    要:五年制高职院校学生存在技能学习上动力不足、主动性不强的现象,职业习惯培养也有待进一步提高。在教学中,应合理编排教学内容,实行小班化教学,完善评价方法,重视学生职业素养的培养。

Abstract:Students are lacking of skill learning motivation and autonomy in five-year vocational colleges. They need to improve their training of professional habits. In teaching, teaching contents should be reasonably arranged in small class teaching, with developed assessing methods and emphasis on the training of students' professional quality.
