基于管理学组织理论的本科生导师制研究

摘    要:近年来本科生导师制在我国许多高校实施。成为高校一种新的教育管理模式。但在实践中,本科生导师制还存在诸多问题,导致实施效果与设计初衷相距甚远。影响本科生导师制实施效果的关键因素是管理幅度设计不合理。高校应依据人才培养目标,结合校情进行合理的制度安排,在教育实践中不断推进和完善本科生导师制。

Abstract:In recent years the tutorial system for undergraduates works in many colleges and universities of China that becomes a new model for education and management. However, there exist in practice many issues that lead to the bad effect of the implementation far from the original intention of the design. And the unreasonable designing in the range of management can be considered as the key factor to the influence on the implementation of this system. Universities are supposed, in accordance with the target of talents cultivation, to make reasonable arrangement in the rules and regulations suitable to the situation of universities and continuously promote and improve this system in the educational practice.
