| Abstract: | The principle of value engineering is applied in the selection of insulation material of external wall. The system functional diagram is constructed by functional analysis, and then evaluation method of value engineering is used for analysis and calculation. At last, the scheme with the highest value coefficient is determined to maximize the value. |
