| 摘 要： | "新国企"是在国有企业改革过程中出现的一种新型的国有经济组织形式.它的产生为我国国有企业改革与发展提供了一种新的思路.对"新国企"现象的探讨还刚开始,本文对"新国企"产生的条件与背景,"新国企"的性质、特征和发展趋势等进行了初步的探讨.

| Abstract: | "New state-owners enterprise" is a kind of new state-owned economic organized form appeared in the state-owned enterprise reform process.Its creation reformed to provide a kind of new way of thinking with development for the state-owned enterprise in our country.It just start to study the"new state-owners enterprise" phenomenon.we carried on the study of the first step on the backgrounds,nature characteristic and development trend about the"new state-owners enterprise". |
