| 摘 要： | 建设项目生产周期比较长,投放资金大,不确定因素多,涉及的人力、物力、资源面广,因此要科学、规范、有序地开展建设工程项目全过程跟踪审计,以确保建设资金的使用效益,减少损失。文章从跟踪审计角度探讨建设工程项目的管理。

| Abstract: | There are a variety of difficulties in managing infrastructure programs,such as long production cycle,a large sum of funds and some uncertain elements range from manpower,material resources to other resources.Thus,it is essential to carry out audit trail scientifically and orderly so as to guarantee the utilization of funds and reduce unnecessary losses. From the perspective of audit trail,the paper mainly explores the management of infrastructure programs. |
