| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化与精英化两类目标既对立又统一。随着经济和科学技术的发展,高等教育由精英型阶段向大众型阶段发展势所必然。应把高等教育划分为不同的层次,不同层次承担不同的培养任务,并建立不同的培养标准,实现两类目标的统一。

| Abstract: | Higher education becomes popular and how to train the persons of outstanding ability,these two things are the unity of opposites. With the development of economy and science and technology ,it is for inevitable higher education to become popular. We should divide the higher e-ducation into several stages,each stage has its task,and we should set up different training goals and make the two goals united. |
