| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习教学模式是校企合作、工学结合的切入点,顶岗实习作为实践教学的一种重要形式可以有效提高学生的职业能力、素质,更好地满足社会对高职院校学生的要求,形成以学校为主体,校企共同教育、管理和培养学生的新型教学模式。对顶岗实习进行规范化管理能保证顶岗实习教学质量的不断提高。
